The final product is built for scale, providing a robust framework that connects insurers and healthcare providers within a unified ecosystem.

Context & Problem
Healthcare in India is highly fragmented, requiring users to switch between multiple apps for consultations, diagnostics, prescriptions and insurance claims.
Insurance processes are complex, time-consuming and difficult to understand, often requiring manual follow-ups. At the same time, users hesitate to share sensitive medical data due to lack of trust in existing platforms.
The challenge was to design a unified, trustworthy and easy-to-use platform that simplifies healthcare access while enabling seamless insurance-based payments.
My Role & Responsibilities
Worked as a mid-level product designer in a cross-functional team
Led end-to-end design from research insights to final UI
Translated user needs into workflows, wireframes and high-fidelity designs
Collaborated closely with product managers, designers and developers
Contributed to usability testing, iteration and design decision-making

No unified platform connects healthcare, wellness and insurance
Definition & Strategy
